Not sure where to start before putting a home on the market? A professional design perspective can help sellers focus on the improvements that matter most.

Through an in-home walkthrough, I provide prioritized recommendations for furniture placement, decluttering, paint, lighting, and other updates that can strengthen a home's presentation.

ON THE MARKET:

Home Staging

Help your listings make a stronger first impression. Occupied, vacant, and partial staging services are designed to highlight a home's best features, improve flow, and help buyers envision themselves in the space.

Whether a home needs a few thoughtful adjustments or a more complete staging plan, the goal is to present it at its best.

AFTER CLOSING:

New Home Design Session

An easy way to extend your client experience beyond the closing table. REALTORS can purchase a flexible design session as a closing gift, giving buyers professional guidance as they settle into their new home.

Sessions can cover furniture placement, space planning, paint and finish recommendations, and prioritizing future improvements.

$150/hour | Purchased by the REALTOR as a client gift

AFTER CLOSING & BEYOND:

Design Intensives

For homeowners who want professional guidance without committing to a full-service project. Design Intensives provide focused, one-on-one help with everything from furniture placement and paint selections to shopping, styling, and renovation planning.

$150/hour | 5-hour minimum

Full-Service Interior Design

For clients ready to take on a larger project, I offer comprehensive design services for renovations, new construction, furnishing, and whole-home projects. From initial planning and selections to sourcing and installation, I help bring the bigger picture together.
