FAQ: "POWER HOUR" + 'DETOX AND DESIGN' STRATEGY DAY

HERE ARE SOME COMMON QUESTIONS THAT TEND TO POP-UP:

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Someone who is ready to step-up and do the work to finally complete a space in

her home. She is also open to feedback and willing to accept advice on how to get

there. Her home isn't finished and she has no clue how she'll find the time to get

everything done or even where to start.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OUR CALL?

I get it, life happens! When you booked your call you received a confirmation

email. At the bottom of that email is a button that says 'reschedule'. Simply click

on that to reschedule up to 2 times.

WHAT DO I GET AFTER THE CALL?

"Power Hour"

- A recording of our Zoom call - uploaded to the cloud, you have 30 days to

download

- Email follow-up with recap of our call and action items

- Recommendations for different pieces we discussed in your price range (and

where you can find such items)

- Blog posts/resources to support/follow-up what we discussed

'Detox and Design' Strategy Day

- My preferred vendor list - 30 Days of access

- 7 Days Voxer access to me - I’ll check-in once a day for a week to answer your

questions

- A recording of our Zoom call - uploaded to the cloud, you have 30 days to

download

- Email follow-up with recap of our call and action items

- Recommendations for specific pieces we discussed in your price range

- Blog posts/resources to support/follow-up what we discussed

HOW DO I JOIN THE CALL?

After you book your call you will receive a confirmation email. Included in this

email is a video link so you can join the call. You can also add it to your Google

calendar and set reminders.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL/GET A REFUND?

Once you book and pay for your call there are no refunds. You are however able to

reschedule up to 2 times should a conflict arise.
